  My Whirlpool washing machine had stopped agitating. I called for a repair man to come and look at it and he said I would need a new motor. I set up a time for the tech man to come. Alex arrived with the new motor and I told him that I had actually tried the machine again and it started agitating again and I had been using the washer all last week. We talked about the age of my machine and that it "might" stop working again, but it might keep going for another couple of years. Could be the motor, could be the switch. He was so helpful, and we both decided that I would wait to replace the motor at this time. I appreciated his honesty and also so much great information and alternatives. I have used All-Star Appliance several times and have always been so impressed by their honesty and knowledge. Most places are always do the "marketing" thing to make as much money as possible, but All-Star is there for the people and I think it gets them more business in the long run. So glad I know about these guys!
